FRANCINE BECK and GINA DEBENEDETTI join the firm as vice-president, national director and vice-president, medical communications, respectively. JASON GRIER, who has worked at Hill & Knowlton for four years, has been promoted to vice-president and national director, health policy.

Market research and technology company Vision Critical has hired STEEVAN GLOVER as senior vice-president of sales and marketing director, Europe. Glover will be based in the company’s growing London office.
