Taxi Vancouver has appointed JORDAN DOUCETTE and JACK DAYAN as creative director and director of planning, respectively. Doucette will leave Taxi 2 in Toronto to take up her new role in June. The agency has also promoted MATT BIELBY to associate creative director.

Hill & Knowlton Canada has added two senior national health experts to its Toronto office. FRANCINE BECK and GINA DEBENEDETTI join the firm as vice-president, national director and vice-president, medical communications, respectively. JASON GRIER, who has worked at Hill & Knowlton for four years, has been promoted to vice-president and national director, health policy.

JILL FAIRBROTHER joins Ketchum Public Relations Canada as senior vice-president. Last year Fairbrother served as communications director for Liberal party leader Michael Ignatieff.

Former Microsoft vice-president BRUCE JAFFE is joining Glam Media as chief financial officer and executive vice-president, corporate development. He will be responsible for global oversight and management of corporate financial strategy, as well as corporate development.

Adenyo, a mobile marketing software company, has appointed MICHAEL O’CONNOR to its board of directors. O’Connor is a co-founder of Wind Mobile and currently leads its business development and corporate strategy.

Market research and technology company Vision Critical has hired STEEVAN GLOVER as senior vice-president of sales and marketing director, Europe. Glover will be based in the company’s growing London office.
