Procter & Gamble’s Pepto-Bismol brand has partnered with comedian Russell Peters and Food Banks Canada to help Canadians in need this Thanksgiving through its Feast For All campaign.

From now until Oct. 10, consumers can log onto the brand’s Facebook page where they will find a picture of Peters in front of a big juicy bird. Pepto-Bismol will donate $1 to Food Banks Canada for every “like” the picture receives.

“I’ve been lucky enough to have had fantastic Thanksgiving dinners over the years and feel that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy this great holiday,” said Russell Peters, in a release.

“I’ve teamed up with Pepto-Bismol and Food Banks Canada to encourage Canadians to help give back to those in need this Thanksgiving,” he said.

Food Banks Canada is the national organization that represents the food bank community across Canada. According to its website, in an average month in 2010, close to 870,000 people accessed food banks, 38% of which were children.
