Pai Skincare, a London-based brand for people with sensitive skin, has hired Toronto-based boutique PR firm Claythorne Communications to handle its public relations in Canada.
The agency is handling Pai Skincare’s media relations and overall strategic planning to expand its presence in Canada.
Pai approached Claythorne through word of mouth and chose the agency “based on our track record of specializing in working with brands in the green beauty category,” says Claythorne founder Victoria Malloy.
Claythorne also does work for such brands as Graydon, Suncoat, Solevation and Clementine Fields. To Malloy’s knowledge, Claythorne is Pai’s first AOR in Canada.
Pai Skincare founder Sarah Brown created the natural skin care brand in 2007 after years of suffering from a bad skin allergy. Pai products are formulated for people with sensitive and allergy-prone skin and use ingredients with skin soothing properties.
“Pai is excited to be teaming up with Claythorne to help us continue to grow our brand in the Canadian market. Their like-minded passion for natural, remedial ingredients combined with their expertise in elevating green beauty brands makes for a perfect alignment with our brand,” Brown said in a statement.
