McDonald’s Canada is thanking its customers in a new 60-second brand spot from Cossette.



The commercial puts the consumer front and centre and thanks them for supporting McDonald’s, subtly highlighting initiatives and changes the quick service chain has introduced and undergone through the years.

McDonald’s has been working on establishing deeper connections with consumers, which was amplified by its “Our Food. Your Questions” campaign that launched last year and landed the QSR with Marketing’s Marketer of the Year honour.
