Watch This: Air Canada brings expats home for the holidays

Airline surprises Canadian pub patrons with a free round in a stunt from JWT

Air Canada surprised a group of Canadian expats gathered in the warmth of a London pub last week with a very special Christmas gift: home.

In a three-minute video, patrons explain to two Air Canada pilots why they won’t be traveling home this holiday season and what they miss most about Canada. It’s soon revealed that the airline is buying everyone in the pub a round, which, as it turns out, is a roundtrip home. The stunt, organized by JWT, elicited a joyful and emotional response.
