ChizComm hires new PR and marketing manager

Richard Gawlas joins the Toronto firm

Richard Gawlas has joined Toronto-based ChizComm as public relations and marketing manager.

Gawlas most recently managed marketing execution and trade/consumer PR outreach at TCG Toys for such brands as Fisher-Price, Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol. Prior to that, he developed national marketing and communication strategies, including event sponsorships and experiential marketing initiatives for the free daily newspaper Metro.

“Richard’s experience in promoting consumer packaged goods, events, meaningful consumer engagement and communications strategy gives us another level of experience to service our clients,” said Harold Chizick, president and CEO of ChizComm, in a statement.
