Former Cossette CD moves to Manifest Communications

David Daga joins the Toronto social media and cause marketing agency

David DagaToronto-based social change agency Manifest Communications has hired David Daga as its executive creative director, a newly created position within the agency.

He will lead Manifest’s overall creative direction and will help uncover new strategic opportunities for its clients.

Daga was previously vice-president, creative director at Cossette for more than two years, where he led accounts like McDonald’s, Intact Insurance and General Mills. He was also co-chief creative officer and creative director during his eight years at Cossette.

“David is going to be a game changer for us,” said Andrea Donlan, president and CEO of Manifest, in a statement. “He is an international award-winning creative director that has chosen to bring his extraordinary talents to the Manifest team.  It’s a big deal for someone of his calibre to want to put his marketing skills to work to help drive social change.”

Daga said he was eager to do meaningful work at Manifest. “The way I see it, every strong idea ultimately originates with a human insight. I’m most excited about creating real social change programs and promotions based on these human truths.”
