Hill+Knowlton adds three VPs

Leigha Cotton, Sarah Bain and Ryan Clarke promoted from senior account directors

Hill+Knowlton Strategies has promoted Leigha Cotton, Sarah Bain and Ryan Clarke as vice-presidents in its Ottawa office. All were previously senior account directors.

Cotton has focused on defense procurement in her nearly 10 years at Hill+Knowlton and supports clients seeking some of the federal government’s largest procurement projects.

Bain, who joined Hill+Knowlton’s engagement strategies practice in 2013, was previously director of communications of the Liberal Party of Canada.

Clarke, who has been with the firm’s public affairs team since 2009, has contributed to business development efforts and has worked for clients in a wide variety of sectors.

He was previously a consultant at Grey Clark Shih and Associates and a special assistant in the office of the Minister of International Trade.

In its Toronto office, Hill+Knowlton has added Zain Khan as a full stack developer with extensive experience working with web and digital technologies.
