On The Move: Additions at Public, 360insights, Kaiser Lachance

A weekly update of who's headed where in Canadian marketing and communications

Public added four members to its team. KELTIE DOOLITTLE joined the marketing department as an account director. She was most most recently with Anomaly working on clients such as Budweiser, Bud Light and Spotify. Public’s public relations department added JESSICA McGRAW as communications director. She brings seven years of experience in sustainability, branding, strategic planning and stakeholder management. AMY FLORES  joined the agency’s creative team as an art director. She previously worked at AndersonDDB Health and Lifestyle working with TTC, PanAm and GSK. Lastly, MEGAN MCCLEAN joined Public’s strategy department as a researcher. She has worked in communications with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada and the Drug Users Advocacy League.

PAUL O’DONNELL joined 360insights as chief revenue officer. In his new role, O’Donnell is providing strategic guidance to align all revenue-related functions including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management.

Kaiser Lachance Communications promoted JANINE ALLEN to the newly created role of general manager. She will manage the day-to-day operations of the Toronto office, reporting directly to the agency partners. She recently served as the senior director of marketing at Sears Canada. Allen’s experience spans retail, financial, real estate, travel and tourism, non-profit and food and beverage sectors.
