On The Move: Changes at Loopmedia, 6S, Climax Media

Loopmedia brought on TONI RUFO as director of client solutions. She was most recently at Rogers Communications as category director, brand experiences (fashion and beauty). In her new role, Rufo will create integrated solutions for new and existing clients and will also work with Loopmedia’s in-house production team on the development and execution of multiplatform content. ROBI LEVY also joined the content and design studio as head of production. He is an award-winning producer and director in TV, film and digital, and has created content for clients including the Government of Ontario, HBO Canada, the NHL and FIFA. Lastly, OLIVIA STORIC was added as office coordinator.

KAREEM PEREZ and AARON CARLSON joined 6S Marketing in Vancouver as senior account manager and senior pay-per-click specialist, respectively. Perez was most recently director, SMB client services at Search Engine People. Carlson has a background in managing search marketing and web analytics teams and, according to this LinkedIn, spent the last seven years in a variety of roles at Cymax.

Climax Media appointed ERIC MORAN as art director to focus new business ventures, to build a team of designers and work with existing clients. He has more than 10 years experience in design, illustration, photography and art direction. Moran has worked with brands including Harley-Davidson, Jeep, Movember and Mattel.

Halifax, N.S.-based advertising agency Trampoline Branding hired senior copywriter SHELLY DWYER. Dwyer has held positions at DentsuBos and Cundari and has worked with clients including Lexus, Toyota, Sapporo, Harper Collin and Telus. She spent the past decade working in Toronto, but was previously part of the “Great Reasons to Smoke” campaign for the Government of Nova Scotia. Dwyer’s work has been recognized at Cannes, One Show and Archive.
