Mindshare Canada appointed KARINE HUARD as director of business development and strategy. In this newly created role, she will lead the agency’s Montreal team, driving business development and growth for the agency across Canada. Huard spent the past four years as a media account director at Rogers Media and Newad, and has worked at agencies including Cossette and Sid Lee over her 15-year career in advertising and account servicing. She has experience in various business sectors including finance, automotive, retail and government organizations.
ROBERT JENDRZEJCZAK was appointed Climax Media’s new manager of digital marketing. Jendrzejczak has more than a decade of experience and was previously the digital marketing manager at Empire Communities. He specializes in web design and development, search engine optimization, paid search campaign development and management, website analytics, affiliate marketing and social media marketing.
Pound & Grain Toronto hired SCOTT LEW as associate creative director. He has 15 years of creative experience and comes from MacLaren McCann. He has also worked at Sonic Boom, Cheil and Naked Creative.
CrowdRiff added AMRITA CHANDRA as head of marketing. Prior to this new role, Chandra was at design and innovation agency Normative, where she was responsible for messaging and positioning thought leadership, content strategy, social media, events and PR.
Match Marketing Group named JIM SANDER as VP of business development of its merchandising practice. His focus at Match will be on driving new business and broadening its merchandising client base beyond cosmetics manufacturers. Most recently, Sander was the VP of business development at RGIS, where he was responsible for the growth and development of the specialty services division.
