On The Move: Hires at iProspect, Coveo, Belairdirect

A weekly update of who's headed where in marketing and communications

iProspect brought on RONNIE MALEWSKI, formerly a lead account director at Le Site, as director of client services. In addition to overseeing the client service team in Canada, Malewski will manage business relationships and maximize growth opportunities with key national clients. As well, DAVID GRAVEL was appointed director of digital sales strategy. Previously, he was senior manager of major accounts at Yellow Pages, where he worked for 10 years. Gravel will be responsible for developing strategies for clients and for developing pitches for the sales team.

GAUTIER LEMESLE was named as Coveo’s new interactive director, where he will manage teams at the agency’s new office in Montreal. Lemesle has a track record of success, having worked for several years at Cossette, Cirque du Soleil and most recently at iProspect as marketing production director. At ease with digital initiatives and enterprise analytics, Lemesle brings with him business sense and solid technical skills.

Belairdirect hired JENNIFER BECK as a senior consultant of external communications. An experienced strategic communicator with over a decade of experience, Beck has developed expertise in media relations, issues and crisis management, consumer and marketing communications, community relations and internal communications. In her new role with the car and home insurance provider, Beck will lead national communications campaigns and will work closely with the marketing team on other communications projects. She will also be a key media contact. Beck was most recently an account director at Merkato Communications.
