On The Move: Hires at Twitter Canada, Initiative, The Idea Suite

A weekly update of who's headed where in Canadian marketing and communications

JACLYN LEVESQUE joined Twitter Canada as a senior account executive from Yahoo Canada where she was a senior account director in the CPG category. Levesque has also worked for AOL Canada, Rogers Media and Real Media Group.

Initiative brought on NOAH VARDON as vice-president, client business partner to lead relationships with the Dairy Farmers of Canada, CBC, H&M, Bose and Wind Mobile. Previously, Vardon spent four years at TD Bank leading innovation in advertising, digital and social media.

ALEXANDRA GLOVER joined The Idea Suite as its director of innovation. The 18-month-old Toronto-based boutique agency will benefit from Glover’s decade of experience at Procter and Gamble, where she spent four years in shopper marketing leadership roles, most recently as the oral care category brand leader. The agency’s client list includes Mondelez, McDonald’s and Clover Leaf.

FCV Interactive promoted LISA BROWN to vice-president and managing director of its Toronto office. Since joining FCV in early 2015, Brown has been instrumental in the agency’s progression, heading up the Toronto office as managing director and leading the North American business development team. She will continue those responsibilities, while also taking on a strategic account management role.
