Headspace Marketing appointed HELEN VIGNEAULT director of client services, where she will oversee talent management and delivery of the agency’s various services. Vigneault has a diverse background, having held various roles in marketing and communications at MarketWired, Fraco-Fete de Toronto and Union des artistes (UDA), many of them focused on bilingual consumers and the Quebec market. Vigneault will report to Eric Blais, Headspace’s founder.
In Montreal, W.illi.am/ promoted ANASTASIA SIMITSIS to the newly created role of VP strategy and design experience. Simitsis has led the company’s user experience team for six years, and is president of the Quebec UxPA trade association for UX professionals. SIMON BÉLANGER was also promoted, to VP of technology, where he will lead the agency’s technology solutions group. Prior to joining the firm three years ago, Bélanger worked for nine years as a technology architect at Telus.
KIM WEST was chosen to lead National Public Relations’ Toronto public affairs and government relations practice. West makes the move to Toronto after 12 years at the firm’s Halifax office, dating back to the days when it was MT&L. She currently serves on the board of directors of Medavie Health Foundation and St. Francis Xavier University, and has previously served as chair of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society College of Fellows.
