William Ruzvidzo

WILLIAM RUZVIDZO joined JWT Canada as a community manager from 88 Creative, where he held the social media and content strategist position for the past year and the social media manager title the year before that. He has also held positions at Pixel to Product, Cuso International and the United Nations.

Coutu appointed EMILIE POIRER to the position of account director. Prior to this she was product manager at TC Media’s job search site, JobGO.ca. She is the fourth generation to join the agency. Her father Bruno Poirer is the president.

Sonic Boom Creative Media named JONATHAN LEVITT chief marketing officer to oversee the company’s marketing strategy, brand management, product and service positioning, market research, advertising and global communications. Levitt recently held the same position with OpinionLab.

Andy Macaulay

Groupe Germain Hospitalité promoted STACEY MASSON to senior director, national marketing and communications to oversee national marketing and branding for the company’s two banners, Le Germain Boutique-hotels and ALT Hotels, as well as the management of all internal and external company communications. The Montreal company also hired STEVEN ROSS as project manager, communications and social media.

Rethink appointed ANDY MACAULAY to the role of managing partner. Macaulay will join the agency’s Toronto office on July 2, where he will focus on brining in new business. Previously, Macaulay was a partner at Roche Macaulay and Partners, and was also co-founder of Zig.
