A recap of who’s headed where in Canadian marketing communications.

M2 added MEIR VATAGSKY as digital director to “drive and manage business through a variety of channels, starting with RBC,” according to a release. He joins the agency after stints with Mindshare and henderson bas kohn. M2 also promoted DARYL HEROUX to the position of director, communications strategies.

The Exchange Lab promoted CHRIS DOBSON to the newly created role of executive chairman, where he’ll work to extend the company’s global business to new brand clients. Dobson has previously worked as head advertising for the BBC and head of sales for Microsoft Advertising.

MARCELLA COAD joined FCB Toronto as senior art director from Anomaly, where she held the same position for nearly a year. Coad is creative lead for the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation, in addition to other assignments including OLG, Nestlé and Mondelez. During her career, Coad has worked at Sid Lee, Taxi, Ogilvy & Mather and John Street.

Delvinia expanded its leadership team with the promotion of four senior staff members. RAJ MANOCHA was promoted from vice-president of the firm’s AskingCanadians business unit to senior vice-president; ROY GONSALVES was promoted from director of sales to vice-president of sales; ROSALINA LIN-ALLEN was promoted from head of strategy to senior vice-president, digital consulting and ANGELA LAU moved from her team lead, project management role to director of operations, a newly created role within the firm.

Pound & Grain in Vancouver hired PENNY NORMAN as its new planning director and client lead. Norman spent the last two years as senior account director at Dare Vancouver and prior to that worked as an account director at AMV BBDO in the U.K.

Taylor Made Media promoted STEFANIE KRAUPA and HARDISH GARSON to account directors. Kraupa joined the Vancouver-based media agency as media supervisor in 2012. Garson joined Taylor Made Media in 2007 as a media buyer/planner and was promoted to media supervisor in 2012.
