Jacob Glick

Rogers makes two new executive hires, JACOB GLICK as chief corporate affairs officer and NITIN KAWALE as president of its enterprise business unit. Glick comes from Google, where he handled relations with international organizations like the UN and World Bank, and before that ran Google’s public policy and government relations team. Kawale is a 19-year veteran of Cisco Systems Canada, where for the last six years, he has been president.

Edelman built out its planning and creative team with seven new hires, including a new SVP of planning, LISA BEDNARSKI. Bednarski has 20 years experience in PR, most recently finishing a 10-year stint at Weber Shandwick. GREG BOLTON, a former group creative director at Leo Burnett, joins as a creative director, while LEILAH AMBROSE and MATT SMITH join as associate CDs. CAMIELLE CLARK joins as director, creative production, HIRA GOMES as art director and SCOTT TAVENER as copywriter.

Grey adds KATIE AINSWORTH as creative director and MAUREEN ATCHISON as group account director. Ainsworth has been freelancing since 2010, but previously was a partner at Rethink and a senior VP at Y&R. Atchison has worked on accounts in the retail, CPG and telecom sectors, and most recently directed the Lotto 6/49 account for BCLC.

Adam Bacsalmasi

Cundari continues its expansion with three senior hires and two new planners in Toronto. VIKKI KUZMICH joins the team as director of art and production services, replacing 12-year Cundari veteran Georgette Iordanous, who will be retiring from the company. Kuzmich previously worked for six years as production lead at Grey Canada. Cundari also welcomes ADAM BACSALMASI as director of user experience, a new position at the agency focused on optimizing digital content and advertising for user interaction. YVONNE TSANG, a B2B specialist from OgilvyOne, joins the team as senior digital project manager. CARSON MARKS and MAT MEIR join as strategic planners.

Moya Brown

Campbell Canada promotes MOYA BROWN to vice-president of marketing. Brown has been with the company since 2002 in progressively more senior roles. As the company’s new lead marketer, Brown replaces Mark Childs, who left last year to work as CMO for Samsung.

Hill+Knowlton welcomes new account director MICHELLE ZUCCHERO in Toronto. Zucchero brings previous experience in account management and strategic planning from MLS Group and Veritas.

LANNY GEFFEN comes to OneMethod as director of user experience and strategy. Geffen has worked in hybrid roles as a user experience developer and creative director, for both startup shops like Digiflare and established players like Proximity BBDO.

Lisa McCoy

Transcend3 brought on LISA MCCOY to direct creative operations alongside agency president Oliver Henri Tran. As co-creative director, McCoy has already applied her talents to a new campaign for Lycée Francais de Toronto. Her background includes creative development roles at Watt International and GJP.
