Peter Wagner

Xaxis Canada brought on PETER WAGNER to lead its new direct sales team as account director. Wagner comes from Addictive Mobility, where he was senior director in charge of strategic partnerships. Before that he worked for a string of mobile-first ad technology startups, including SALT Technology, Motricity and Jambo Mobile.

ConAgra promoted IAN ROBERTS to VP and general manager of the Missassauga-based food company’s Canadian business, where he will be responsible for business strategy, development and trade relations. Roberts has been with ConAgra since 2004 and was most recently VP of sales and market development. Before that he held senior sales roles at Kellogg’s, and was a market analyst at Nielsen.

In Halifax, Trampoline promoted both NADINE LAROCHE and TANYA KAVELAARS-DIPENTA to account director. Both women joined the agency in 2010. Kavelaars-DiPenta has worked as a relationship marketing specialist at Vancity and Maximizer Software; before joining Trampoline LaRoche was a communications manager at King’s College.
