Leslie Molko has been promoted to the new position of advisory services and corporate communications director at Octane Strategies in Montreal. The agency has also hired a new advisor and two new project managers.
Molko, who has been with Octane Strategies for five years, was previously senior advisor at the firm and acts as media spokesperson for a number of its clients.
She also spent more than seven years at Groupe Gesca–La Presse and has been a member of the Women’s Centre of Montreal’s board of directors since 2008, and its president since 2014.
In addition, Caroline Lavoie has been hired as an advisor and is supporting Octane’s international clients by designing public relations and communications strategies for the Canadian market.
She was previously a consultant at Uber, advisor at Ryan Affaires publiques, and communications advisor, public affairs at the National Bank.
As well, Arielle Mathieu and Annie-Claude Bélisle Denis have been hired as project managers.
Mathieu previously worked in the office of the premier of Quebec and her responsibilities included relations with Indigenous peoples and the agricultural and business communities. She has also been a communications director at Hatley Strategies.
