Transcend3 hires co-creative director

Lisa McCoy brings design expertise to Toronto agency

Toronto communications agency, Transcend3, has added former Watt International design director Lisa McCoy to its team.

McCoy joined the firm as co-creative director, bringing a broad range of experience, having worked with clients such as McDonald’s, Canadian Tire, LCBO, Cougar Boots, Sears, Fallsview Casino and National Bank. Prior to Watt International, McCoy was a senior designer and art director at GJP.

“Lisa solves business issues with the power of design,” said Transcend3 president and creative director, Olivier Henri Tran, in a release. According to its website, Transcend3 specializes in creating campaigns in both English and French and helping “brands from France position themselves in Canada with national work.”

McCoy started with Transcend3 in September and immediately started working on a rebranding campaign for Lycee Francais de Toronto (LFT).

“With the addition of Lisa, we’ve achieved an even more heightened level of cultural sensitivity and balance that will help us to drive our value proposition even further for this client, other national brands as well as brands arriving from France to Canada,” said Tran.
