BELL MEDIA - Astral Out-of-Home Offers New Advertising Dominance

Astral introduces domination package at Montreal station

Lucien-L’Allier package is a new addition to its ‘Transportation’ product line

Astral Out-of-Home has signed an agreement with Agence métropolitaine de transport (AMT) and Canadian Pacific to create an out-of-home advertising dominance package at the Lucien-L’Allier train station in downtown Montreal.

The package includes a 12-foot by 12-foot hanging banner, four column dressings, an adhesive mural at the ticket counter, an exterior mural and 150 onboard train signs. Clients will also be able to access other custom tools such as mobile and sample distribution, said Astral.

The package showcases Astral’s know-how with regard to out-of-home solutions and the integration of its products in consumers’ daily lives said Benjamin Mathieu, director of business development, transportation and technologies, for the Bell Media division.

The station, which provides direct access to the Bell Centre, has approximately 2.9 million annual users, said the company. Combined with onboard train signs, the package will reach nearly 20 million people per year, with a primary target audience of 25-54.

Lucien-L’Allier is a new addition to Astral’s “Transportation” product line, which also includes Centre-ville, Longueuil, Cartier and Montmorency terminals. The station is considered an important hub in the Montreal area’s public transportation service.
