Astral Out-of-Home has introduced what it is characterizing as a “prestige product” for the Toronto market.

Developed by Kramer Design, the Toronto design company responsible for Astral’s street furniture, the new Signature Columns feature a dual-sided six-foot by four-foot backlit advertising face. The units will also feature the company’s Info To Go information system.

The new Signature Column network will consist of 120 structures situated in “core” downtown locations. According to a press release, the locations were selected based on their “high capacity” for reaching both vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

“The Signature Column represents a new opportunity for the advertising community to reach a key targeted segment in highly-desirable areas,” said Astral Out-of-Home president Luc Sabbatini in a release.
