The Amazing Race Canada will offer viewers more than just time-strapped travel adventures and sleep-deprived competitors when it premieres next week—the CTV series will also deliver complementary digital content that will allow them to engage further with the show.

CTV announced Wednesday that four sponsors—BlackBerry, Air Canada, Chevrolet Canada and Interac Association—have supported this exclusive content, which will be housed at CTV.ca when the series debuts on July 15.

Here’s how each sponsor is involved:

AIR CANADA

Viewers will be able enter the weekly online “Air Canada Cheer to Win Contest” and choose the team they like most. Bonus entries can be earned if the team the entrant chose doesn’t get eliminated or if they can answer trivia questions about places featured in the show. Those who enter are automatically entered into a draw for a year of first-class travel for two to the 175 places Air Canada flies around the world.

BLACKBERRY

Each Tuesday, a digital episode of “Inside the Race with BlackBerry” will feature analysis of the previous night’s episode of The Amazing Race Canada, along with exclusive footage and interviews with racers. There will also be a weekly prize of a BlackBerry Z10 for those that can answer questions about the most recent episode, and a $5,000 cash grand prize.

CHEVROLET CANADA

Fans can try their hand at an online version of the challenges in the show in “Fast Track Gamisodes” that feature series host and Canadian Olympian Jon Montgomery and lead them to exclusive show footage. Another online complement to the show, “Finding New Roads” is a series of two-minute episodes in which two television hosts compete in challenges inspired by the show that infuse features found in Chevrolet vehicles.

INTERAC ASSOCIATION

Daily prizes of $200 gift cards and a grand prize of $5,000 are up for grabs for fans that play the Interac Flash Memory Game. Fans can also register at the show’s website to take part in the Interac Flash Challenge, which will take place live in various Canadian cities. They can win a portion of the $25,000 in prizes.
