Dairy Queen taps Cineplex for in-store signage

Cineplex Digital Media to power Dairy Queen stores across America

Dairy Queen has selected Cineplex Digital Media [CDM] to provide software its in-store merchandising network across Canada and the U.S. Cineplex will provide content management software for Dairy Queen and its franchisees to manage marketing content for digital menu boards.

“Broadening our digital merchandising initiatives is a key strategic priority for us,” said Janna Rider, director of digital merchandising for American Dairy Queen Corporation, in a statement. “It was imperative to our brand that we select a business partner that will address not only the present requirements but also provide innovative, integrated digital solutions that meet the expectations of our future ‘fans,’ while supporting the needs of our franchisee community.”

Cineplex Digital Media was selected after an extensive review involving 30 participants. The Canadian company provides full-service custom digital merchandising solutions to clients such as CIBC, Holt Renfrew and Johnson & Johnson.

“We are honored [sic] to have been selected by American Dairy Queen Corporation as its provider of digital menu board solutions,” said CDM president Nick Prigioniero in a statement. “It is a privilege to collaborate with this internationally recognized, top-tier brand.”
