Digital Shelf Space has appointed Jeffrey Sackman, the former president of Lionsgate Films, to its board of directors.
Sackman was president of Lionsgate for six years and also founded and served as the CEO of ThinkFilm until 2008.
Sackman is also on the board of Rainmaker Entertainment and recently co-founded and launched a new company called Hollywood Suite Inc., where he also serves as a member of the board.
Digital Shelf Space is an independent producer of home entertainment content and online delivery technology provider to digital retailers and content owners.
