Integrated digital media company Evolve Media has announced a global partnership that includes Canada and will see the company represent the online advertising inventory for five of Penske Media’s sites.

The exclusive partnership, which also includes the U.K. and Australia, involves the ad inventory for Deadline.com (which chronicles the entertainment industry), Movieline.com (movie commentary and celebrity interviews), TVLine.com (news on international TV shows), HollywoodLife.com (celeb culture) and BGR.com (a mobile technology site).

Walder Amaya, senior vice-president of Canadian and international operations for Evolve, said in a release that the partnership with Penske Media’s sites has improved Evolve’s entertainment offering and that the sites complement Evolve’s verticals very well.

Aimed at providing integrated creative programs to marketers across branded consumer content sites, Evolve’s platform includes more than 600 sites that reach 300 million people globally every month.

Los Angeles-based Evolve is an amalgamation of four companies: brand ad sales company Gorilla Nation, digital media properties publisher AtomicOnline, branded video company Springboard Video and interactive marketing group Double Helix.

Evolve expanded its Canadian presence in January when it launched totallyher as well as male-focused CraveOnline units here.
