PepsiCo’s Gatorade brand has signed on as the presenting sponsor for the Canadian version of the upcoming reality TV series NHL Revealed: A Season Like No Other.

Debuting on CBC Television in mid-January – with rebroadcasts airing on Rogers Media’s sports channel Sportsnet – the seven-part series offers a behind-the-scenes look at some of the league’s biggest stars as they participate in the Coors Light NHL Stadium Series.

NHL stars featured in the series include newly named Canadian Olympians Sidney Crosby, Jonathan Toews and John Tavares, as well as stars from both the Ottawa Senators and Vancouver Canucks.

Developed by Toronto-based Bristow Global Media and its founder Julie Bristow, the series will also air on MSNBC in the United States. Ross Greenburg, former president of HBO Sports and the executive producer of the first iteration of the HBO series 24/7: Road to the NHL Winter Classic is serving as executive producer of the series, along with IMG Productions senior VP and executive producer Steve Mayer.

NHL partner MillerCoors’ flagship Coors Light brand will be presenting sponsor of the series in the U.S.
