Michele McEnery has been appointed director of national and multiplatform sales at Radio-Canada Revenue Group in Toronto.

McEnery will retain her role as director, corporate affairs development for CBC/Radio-Canada and will report to Jean Mongeau, executive director of the Radio-Canada Revenue Group, in her new position.

Mongeau said in a release that McEnery “has in-depth knowledge of the needs and realities of the national advertising market in Toronto, where she’s worked for many years.”

With almost three decades of media and television advertising experience, McEnery was managing director of QMI Sales at Quebecor Media before joining CBC/Radio-Canada. She also previously held positions at Canwest Global and CTV.

McEnery has been in her current role at CBC/Radio-Canada since September 2010.

For the newly expanded part of her role, she is stepping in for Jerôme Leys, who left the position in February.
