The media review currently underway at The Home Depot Canada, which began in early March, is expected to wrap up by the end of April.
The media agency chosen for the account will provide full media services for all Home Depot’s business in Canada.
Five agencies were asked to participate, including Initiative Media, the retailer’s incumbent. Initiative has been The Home Depot Canada’s agency of record for 10 years.
“The review process is part of our standard practice of reviewing all of our marketing and advertising opportunities and spending,” Paul Berto, director of corporate communications and external affairs at The Home Depot Canada, told Marketing.
