Napoleon Torres will join Cue Digital Media as head of advertising operations and technology platforms.

According to a statement from the company, Torres will be in charge of launching the digital media real-time bidding (RTB) and private exchange features at the online sports and entertainment media company.

“With RTB and programmatic buying quickly becoming a necessity of the future, Cue Digital Media is developing a private exchange to guarantee brand safety combined with the comfort and ease of doing business,” said David U.K., Cue’s CEO and founder, in a release.

Torres most recently worked at Rogers Digital Media as a manager of ad products and technology. Before that, he spent over five years at Ogilvy.
