The Winnipeg Jets will call TSN home for the next decade.

Bell Media signed a 10-year agreement with True North Sports & Entertainment on Wednesday to secure the regional television broadcast rights for the Jets.

The deal will see more than 60 regular season and pre-season games shown each season on the newly launched “TSN Jets” – a regional channel available to fans in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories and parts of Northwestern Ontario.

TSN will also broadcast five Jets games across Canada as part of the network’s national broadcast agreement with the NHL.

“It is a landmark agreement for broadcasting and professional hockey in Winnipeg,” said True North CEO Jim Ludlow.

The team’s radio broadcast rights belong to Sports Radio 1290.
