Al Ramsay, brand manager at TD Canada Trust, a brand praised for its inclusive work environment and consumer campaigns, shares tips on how brands can successfully support and address the LGBT group. (Hint: don’t be gay vague or disingenuous.)

Sunil Sekhar, vice-president, management director at DraftFCB, TD’s ad agency, also names names when it comes to Canadian brands doing a good job at LGBT marketing.
