Dave Carey

Carey is tasked with leading the agency’s business development efforts focusing on the financial services, retail and beverage industries.

“Dave is an important new addition to the Rain 43 team,” said John Yorke, president and partner at the agency, in a statement. “As an entrepreneurial and growing agency approaching its fourth year, we’re always looking for ways to deepen our management team and strengthen our offering. Adding Dave, as well as Cher Campbell last week as creative director, we’re really excited about creating even more success over next four years.”

Carey has more than two decades of experience in advertising and agency management, most recently as a founding partner at Union.

Previously, Carey held agency management positions at Lowe Roche and Innocean, and has produced work for Audi, BMW, Kia, Colgate, Enbridge and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Carey’s hire comes on the heels of Cher Campbell’s appointment as creative director, which the agency announced last week.

Rain 43 works with clients including Ontario Toyota Dealers, Ontario’s Ministry of Health, WSIB and Blue Mountain Resorts.
