The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) gets some face time with the latest spot for its long-running “How Realtors Help” campaign.
Created by Crispin Porter + Bogusky Canada, Industry Films and director Brad Parker, the spot leaves behind the humour characterizing recent advertising, and puts a new twist on customer testimonials by mixing and matching the faces of people while they talk about how realtors have helped them.
“Buying and selling a home is a big decision with all sorts of things to consider and this ad neatly condenses the insights of past ads into one concept,” said Randall McCauley, CREA spokesperson. “Namely, it’s a big investment and there are many considerations to take into account. Some of those considerations are highlighted in the ad along with the value a realtor can bring to the transaction.”
CREA’s “Never-ending Negotiations” television ad won at the 2010 Marketing Awards.
