Ah, the locker room speech. Fertile ground for both inspiration and comedy. DDB Vancouver‘s TV spot for Netflix puts veteran commercial actor Neil Crone in the coach’s shoes, but the words that come out of his mouth aren’t quite what you’d expect from the situation.

(Also, for my money, Crone’s character is referencing the greatest sports speech of all time: Herb Brooks’ speech to the 1980 U.S. Men’s Hockey Team.)
