Daily deal website WagJag said Wednesday that it has bought Yellow Media‘s Deal of the Day business.

Financial terms of the deal, which increases WagJag’s subscriber list and expands its reach for clients, were not disclosed.

The company said the integration of Deal of the Day with WagJag.com will be done over the next few weeks.

Until then, Deal of the Day will remain operational and its members will continue to have access to their accounts and to their vouchers.

WagJag, launched in December 2010, has more than 2.2 million subscribers across Canada.

As well as publishing print and online directories, Yellow Media builds websites for small- and medium-sized businesses and provides such services as email marketing and video production.
