A recap of who’s headed where in Canadian marketing and communications.

JAY BERTRAM, already the president of TBWA\Canada was named president of TBWA\Latin America. Bertram takes over the Latin American post from Gerard Govaerts, who held the position for two years. Bertram is relocating to the Miami office for Latin American operations.

PAUL LITTLE is leaving his post as creative director at the agency formerly known as TBWA\Vancouver (now called Trees and Rocks), April 15.  Little has no immediate plans but says he wants to stay in advertising, and would consider a move to Toronto.

Sharpe Blackmore Euro RSC hired GRAHAN MUTCH and JAMIE LIRETTE, as co-creative directors, and appointed JEFF PLOWMAN to the newly created position of chief strategic officer, and MATT CAMMAERT VP, director of client services. The four will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, reporting into Sharpe and agency president Tom Blackmore.

Microsoft Advertising added four new members to its team. JENNIFER ABBATIELLO joins as the MSN brand specialist for Canada, LIZ AVIDAO joins as an account executive, while MONA SETH and MICHELLE BAILEY join as strategic account executive, and account executive, respectively.

Isobar Canada appointed four new members to its team. ANGIE KRAMER joins as VP, creative director and RACHEL MA joins as art director. JASON BEAULIEU heads up the account services team as senior account director, and SIMEON OLSBERG joins as senior project manager.
