Videotron is again putting its employees on the hot seat to promote its customer service. These spots from Sid Lee, which use hidden cameras and a bait house, are a step up from the previous iteration of this campaign, which had comedian Sugar Sammy calling the company’s support hotline. But like the characters Sammy created, the new ones are a bit crazy.
