The service allows consumers to choose from three complete design options for any room, as opposed to purchasing renovation items piece by piece. Two television spots launched nationally last week. In one, a family admires a bathroom display in a Rona store. The bathroom is then “folded” into a shipping crate and wheeled away.

In the other, a couple selects a design for the front of their house. Once again, the facade folds into a box and is pulled away.

The spots were created by Montreal agency BCP.

“We wanted to show just how simple it is to renovate one of the rooms in your house, and I think these spots convey the simplicity of this all-in-one option very well,” says Thomas Lecordier, vice-president, director of client services for BCP.

A third TV ad is expected to hit the air next month. The campaign is also supported by in-store marketing materials and some magazine advertising.
