Postmedia‘s Paul Godfrey believes his competitors will inevitably shift their online properties to paywall models. It seems Marketing readers don’t share that view.

Our latest online reader poll asked “Is Postmedia’s Paul Godfrey right? Will all Canadian media go pay-per-view online?” An overwhelming majority, 58.3%, responded that it would never happen. “Consumers will get it free one way or the other” was our most-clicked response.
