Fujifilm Canada is now offering a new double-sided inkjet imposition proofing unit, dubbed the ImpoProof, designed to provide fast, accurate backed up colour imposition proofs.
Coordinated in conjunction with CGS and Flashlight Digital, Fujifilm Canada is adding the ImpoProof 8000S, a unit configured with two Canon imagePROGRAF iPF 8000S inkjet printers (eight-colour, 1,200 x 2,400 dpi, 44-inch-wide) strategically positioned to deliver up to 15 proofs per hour at 1,200 dpi.

The system is promoted as simple to use, reliable and flexible. Its unique camera registration system is designed to ensure that ImpoProof achieves an unmatched level of accuracy.
Another option is a system configured with two Canon iPF 9000S 60-inch-wide printers.
ImpoProof connects to XMF and Rampage automated workflow systems distributed by Fujifilm, as well as other common workflow systems including Prinergy, Prinect and Nexus.
Fujifilm Canada will be displaying the ImpoProof at Graphics Canada, November 12 to 14th 2009.
