Involved in the signage and display business since 1960, Groupe BO Concept in Anjou, Quebec knows what it takes to satisfy the changing needs of its retail clients. In order to meet those demands, this past July  the company added an HP Scitex FB6700 to its production floor.

The new flatbed inkjet printer (able to print on a variety of substrates on sheets up to 5.25 x 10.5 feet) allows the company to offer clients high-quality displays with fast turnaround times.

“The new HP Scitex FB6700 is allowing us to produce temporary signage for our clients at highly competitive prices. Production times are shorter, and the print quality is outstanding,” notes Pierre Lachapelle, sales and marketing director at Groupe BO Concept in an installation announcement.

“In addition to increasing business in areas such as the grocery sector, the press is helping us create a cost-efficient way to introduce a new concept for customizable retail display cases that we own the rights to,” he adds.

Groupe BO Concept manages all aspects of sign and display projects, from design to installation, and specializes in the retail sector. The FB6700 not only prints with quality appropriate for up-close viewing, but it also uses odourless, water-based, pigment inks which make it a good fit for in-store displays .
