Expanding its service offering—which already includes high-quality commercial print work on both traditional offset and digital printing technologies—Rhino Print Solutions of Richmond, B.C. is now capturing a slice of the sign and display graphics business with the recent installation of a new Fujifilm Acuity flatbed inkjet printing system.
The multi-award-winning shop, with plants in both Richmond and Calgary, caters to advertising, design, corporate and institutional clients across Western Canada and places a strong emphasis on its production quality.
“We chose Fujifilm’s Acuity among other UV flatbeds for the quality of print achieved with the machine, along with the white ink feature and the capacity to handle rolls,” notes Brian Miller, business development manager with Rhino, in a news release. “We were able to bring our G7 Master Printer processes to the Acuity relatively quickly, thereby ensuring great colour management across multiple platforms of offset, digital and wide format.”
The flatbed printer can print on a wide range of rigid and flexible media with a maximum image area of 48 x 96 inches.
