EZ Trade Signs in Toronto has recently installed a Fujifilm Acuity Advance HS system, a flatbed UV inkjet printer capable of imaging on a wide variety of rigid substrates with dimensions up to 4 x 8-feet.

Dedicated to servicing the graphic arts industry, EZ Trade Signs is a division of family owned and operated Mr. Printer/Mr. Signs based in Toronto’s west end.

Mr. Printer has been in the printing business for over 30 years, providing offset and digital commercial printing services. The sign-making division, Mr. Signs, has been operating for over 10 years, and EZ Trade Signs was introduced over three years ago.

The new Acuity system was added to EZ Trade Signs to satisfy increasing demand for higher quality signage.

“The growing volume of business demanded increased productivity,” said Jamal Nazir, general manager in a release announcing the installation (pictured above). “The white ink option available in this model of Fujifilm’s Acuity provides us expanded versatility in our product offerings as well.”

The new flatbed printer complements EZ Signs’ in-house digital die cutting capabilities with its  Konsberg i-XL24.
